Sorry bro, have to work today. Would have been a good day to test my new jacket, helmet, and heated grips. Its pretty cold out there. I have some time off later this week if anyone wants to do another ride.

Ride yesterday was good just started off a little cold, Sabago was the only one to brave the cold. Had to reroute one section do to high water. Crossed several spot where water was over the road, one had some pretty good current moving. The creek crossings were a no go, water was deep.

I would be interested after I get some new tires. Maybe plan it on a weekend so us hard working white guys can go. Not everybody can be a freeloading Democrat.

Posted on Two Wheel Texans, but I thought I would post this here as well.

We rode the Fayetteville loop today, good ride! Three of us started in Sealy at Tony's Family restaurant. Great ride. The only problem we had was near the end of the ride at Kulow Rd. We crossed what looked like private property but wasn't marked. We reached the other side and the rancher showed up and informed us we WERE crossing private property. He wasn't mean or ugly about it but was firm. I told him we weren't aware and he allowed us to go on a little further to get off his property. There probably needs to be a route around that little section.

Here's a picture for those verbally challenged, like me!

Thanks for the update. I updated the routes a couple weeks ago. I had bypassed that on the update after verifying the roads in a Texas road atlas. I will post the updated map on TXTEX.com

You may have an old map. We had to update at one point for that exact reason. I will see if I can get a more recent track attached here.

Thanks Brad, Cegusman posted up an update over on TWTex. Geez, I have problems keeping up with threads on one forum. It was a good ride yesterday.

You mean the cattle guards didn't indicate private property to you? You must not be from Texas.

Cattle guard do not indicate private property. I can't remember how many cattle guards I rode across back when I rode the Three Sisters on PUBLIC roads....

That's because those backward counties out there don't have stock laws, and owners are allowed to let their cattle wander on county and farm market roads.

You are not trespassing unless the property owner clearly posted a No Trespassing sign.

We had some guys continuously cutting across our field one year and called the police on them, but when the Sheriff arrived, he said he couldn't do anything about it because we never posted a No Trespassing sign. According to the law, a sign needs to be clearly posted in order to remove, ticket, or warn anyone about crossing through ones property.
