Exclamation HELP financing??? Motolease and teamxtremehouston???

YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!
RUN RUN RUN for your life!!!
##### RIP-OFF ### RIP-OFF #### RIP-OFF ####

They will not tell you the interest rate ( from 29% up to 39.9% or even more)
They will not mention the terms (2, 4, 5 years)...unless you ask...
They will tell you to come back within 1 year to refinance so you can get a decent interest rate
They will rub on your face your credit worthiness so you can bend over and accept their offer
They use MotoLease to finance the motorcycles, based in Los Angeles CA.....RIP-OFF!!!
They help you screw you even more....

I saved myself from getting the worst " loan" ever.....
I wanted to buy a $9,000+ Motorcycle to rebuild my credit but I just did not know I was about to get

The price was $9,000 with 22,000 miles on it and the year 2010 Kawasaki
With a down payment of 2,000 at signing.

My monthly payments $315. and because I asked I knew the terms (60 months) I was never told the interest rate...and that right there was the red flag.

My down payment (2,000) + (30 x $315) = 11,450 (This is for the 3 year only, 2 more to go!!!!)

2 more years at $315 = $7,560

TOTAL = $18,900....that's like buying 2 motorcycles

All went down at this place...get the F#@$K out of there!!!!!!! I did
teamextremehouston

You seem shocked, have you just started realizing the downside to not paying your bills on time? I think we were told as early as high school the importance of good credit.

Jesus, try a secure credit card from your bank, a couple gas cards or, ya know, paying off the debt that's already on your credit. You are really trying to tell us that you were going to buy a motorcycle, of all things, to rebuild credit? BRILLIANT!!!!

There was no deal dude...I walked away and told them to call me when they have the numbers on paper!

I had vehicles, house and a motorcycle financed in the past.... I paid off my vehicles and my motorcycle back in 2005...but a recent divorce had me all my other accounts screwed.

So, I know how a transparent sale should be...and that wasn't one!

You have the right to know the details of such transaction....regardless if you have bad, good, or excellent credit. etc...It's is your right as a consumer!

At the end, I just want to share this information with our community in this forum....it'll probably be helpful for some folks now or in the future!

P.S. They never called with the information!!!

No, I don't expect a "good financing rate"...but I expect them to tell me at least what that interest rate is and for how many years they're financing "a toy" before I sign any papers!!!!.... and that is only my right as a consumer!

While that's a pretty bad deal..I think you might have "rights" and "life" confused. It's not a "right" to borrow money from people. If you do and they don't want to tell you the terms, then you leave, like you did. However, thinking you have "rights" when borrowing money from predator lenders is a bit "meh"

Well, at least you got the out of there. No use in trying to pull teeth if they aren't willing to openly discuss your terms.

Your logic is flawed. You have every right to know all terms before entering into a legal agreement. Why do you think people get sued for padding the books and hiding numbers. You must disclose everything upfront. If the costomer ask to see the numbers, it should be readily available.

so let me get this straight. There were papers with nothing on them? The terms were not on the paper they wanted you to sign? You can tell me verbally anything you want. I don't give two what you "tell" me. I want to see it on paper.
