the law states if its a female she cannot be ugly and cannot wear a bra so you can feel her nips on your back get hard when you are going fast.........ahhhhhhhhhhhh happiness. oh yeah WEAR your GEAR.

there is an age limit i believe.....just looked at the motorcycle laws and didnt find the age limit.... but i know here in Tx city i have seen cops pull over a guy that picked his kid up from my daughters school(elementary age) kid was wearing a helmet and all... guy wasn't breaking any other laws unless the cop was just wanting to be a but that usually isn't the case here in T.C.

lol I passed a guy the other day with two kids sitting on the back of his goldwing... both wearing jackets and helmets.
I gave him thumbs up.
