That is a stunt show, not the average Joe that just wants to go out and learn or pratice. You are talking about stuff you have no idea about. In response to bevo's post.

So the average Joe should learn and practice on I-45? Sounds like a plan

Uh, if you guys would organize you could rent space like track day organizations do.

No sense in trying to get any point across. You will have an intelligent response that is the perfect solution.

He is just used to spinning the story.

Still not the smartest thing to do, skilled or not. He'd be getting the blunt end of it if something went wrong, but that's not to say that those around him wouldn't be affected. More than likely someone behind him was texting and driving. Worst case they see the wreck a second after it happens, swerves into another lane dodging the rider, and causes a multi car wreck.

I used to not care at all about stunting on freeways and stuff, but since I rode with a group that pretty much rode like a free-for-all I've shifted my thinkin. A lot of the times, and not saying it's across the board, those who stunt on decently congested roads are the same people that could care less about those around them and would play the victim card if something went down.

I've had friends go down because they were doing stupid stuff. One of their brother's didn't make it. Perspectives change when lives close to home are lost.

Jeremy sent two girls to the hospital in really up condition, and their car turned into a totaled pile of junk. Culverts don't move. Plus all that related cost. Emergency response, insurance activities, garbage removal, police activities........... etc.

funeral cost

fatherless little girl

widow and all the financial and emotional associated with losing a husband

and explaining to all of the relatives and friends that it all happened---

because of a wheelie on the highway.

None of these results were planned and none of the people accept Jeremy were willing, voluntary participants in his stunt show.
