Thats how i did it too. I had her out at the parking lot a few times just so she could learn a little and get a feel for it and then sent her to MSF! It turned out pretty good. I could tell she was a little nervous and uncomfortable at first but she is doing really good now.

Now get her on the track! Take her out to the MSR newbie day! She will learn more in that one day than she will in a year on the street! Buck, and crew will take super good care of her even tho she is green! So don't let that be a factor!
