Streetfighter CBR954?

I really like the Honda CB1000R, but they are still too expensive for what they are. I'd love to have a streetfighter for around $3500. CBR929 was my first motorcycle, wrecked 954s are in the right price range and look pretty cool. Would be a fun project with decent power around the CB1000r range.

Anyone have any experience converting these? Any issues, what fairings did you convert, etc?
