Rider spit on me, mother &%$#@*

Been looking into getting a pistol, Patrick mentioned Gander Mountain. I run a map search and find that the fastest way to get to my nearest one is to take 288N hit 1462 and take Crabb River Rd. to 59, hey cool not a bad route to get there. Just as I come into town near 59 and go over the rail road tracks at the light I catch up to two cruisers, I am on my cruiser so I fall into formation and ride along behind them, there are three of us so that puts me on the inside of the lane, you all know the formation. Well the rider in front and to my right decides he needed to spit his mucus laden saliva to his LEFT in ****ing front of me, we were going about 25-30mph and I am at a safe riding distance with my shield up, I had no time to react, I could just see those hundreds of little droplets of spit coming towards me because it was not one of those ones that stays together and hits the ground, NO, he showers this spit wad and then I go riding into it.

Now then people, you tell me why I dislike HD riders. Fact is I have never been spit on my any other rider, today though I was by a guy wearing a denim shirt with the sleeves cut off with an eagle and harley davidson embroidered on the back and no helmet of course. Yeah I am a little ticked off. Did he see me? He should have because I was right there behind them waiting for the light to turn green and rode with them another half mile before being spit on.

**** um, **** um all because the majority still prove to be dicks.

The guns were nice. Looking into the XD. Can't decided on the 3" or 4".

Get the 4", it's more accurate / versatile IMO.

Could have been accident....As much as I Love the Lord and everyday do my best to uphold a Christian standard....Three things I will not tolerate is - 1. Some one spitting on me ( in my opinion that is the worst you can do to me - usually means for the other person a wired jaw for 6 months ) 2. Someone slaps me, 3. Someone pointing thier finger in my face...

Point is your safe, he might have not seen you ( depending if he had mirrors - or loud your pipes were ) / maybe he didn't hear another motorcycle that joined the pack... I'm just happy to hear that you didn't pull up beside him and didn't give the old Bruce Lee side kick.... LOL .....

I have one all black PPK, german officer's edition, it's pretty sweet. But whatever I don't have I can usually order in a day or two(besides Benelli and a few others that are on back order. IE: XD-40 SUB-compact(3" model). But I can get xd-9 sub-compacts all day. Anyways, that is why I suggest calling before making the trip out. I'm open from 8-6 just be sure to ask for Keith and tell me you're from MH.

3 or 4, only solution is to get both.

What caliber? Yeah 45 is knock down power, but if you in reallity probably just going to use it at the range, so was thinking about the 40 and save some money.

Even a 9mm is PLENTY for stopping someone coming at you. I hear this argument from customers all day long about how a .45 is the only way to go blah blah blah. If I were shooting full metal jackets then yes I would want the higher caliber, but if I'm trying to defend myself I'm going to have a whicked hollow point in my clip, and a 9 will do the job perfectly, so would a .40 or .45. I prefer 9mm, ammo is extremely easy to find, and affordable as well.
