i don't think it's 3K for a ticket, it's about $3000 in FEES, the ticket was only like $250 or something... if i remember right from reading it this morning

Ah but there is a huge difference between a police officer who happened to see something going on inside your house as they drive by versus parking in front of your driveway and staring at your house for days on end. While both are permissible one is harrassment and can be stopped if one is willing to try.

I ride in virginia all the time and I have NO concern over the new fines.
But its not like I have ever pulled over, and felony evasion has always had pretty strict penalties in comparison to speeding.
so far I've been lucky.
