New to forum gsxr 1000, also need Ecu flash

Hello everyone, I have a 2014 gsxr 1000 and I'm new to forum. I just installed a pcv, and full system. Going to go to Lunsford Honda to get dyno tune but wanted to get my Ecu flashed to turn off all of the emissions limiting functions before I did that. Anyone in town that offers that service, maybe a member on here has knows how to do it.

Welcome.

I had back to back tunes done on the same bike a couple years back... a certain stealership you mentioned had offered their $200 tune.

I checked it out. They only did a full throttle tune, no partials, and didnt even look for block-off plates to ensure that their A/F was right.

The tune was garbage. Took it to Metric and the difference in ridebaility was incredible. As other guys mentioned, there are great tuners in town. There are also garbage tuners in town. Look out!

Cool thanks, going to go with mc cycles, in humble. They were recommended a few times on the forum. Finished the yoshimura full system install just waiting on block off plates to arrive from motomummy.

Dyno numbers after mc cycles tune

2014 gsxr 1000,

Only mods are, full yoshimura r77 titanium race system, block off plates, no O2.

178.1 peak hp and 81tq.

Dyno Ecu flashed Tuned by Chris at mc cycles, the power curve is so linear, no spikes.

My buddy with 07 gsxr 100 with a full akro system made 169hp peak and 79tq.

Was wanting to know what it was when they did the first pull on the dyno, then the last. Let's me know how much it increased with them tuning the bike.
