I am joking, Italians media are all discussing left and right if VR was right or wrong. Not necessarily all Italians are with Rossi.

My opinion, if y'all care, is that:

- MM was messing with VR intentionally
- If believed to have acted wrong, VR should have been blackflagged, this 3 points is BS!
- MM could have gone wide (there wasn't any sand) instead of intentionally looking for contact with VR
- MM let JL pass too "easily" on the first lap...

I am saddened that the world championship will end like this.
MM was supposed to be my "next hero" and he lost my respect. Lorenzo is a wuss and I never liked him, nor his riding style.

My prediction is Lorenzo 1st and Valentino 4th., Lorenzo champion.

amen

Lost all respect for Rossi myself. Started when he started whining about Marquez the Thursday before the previous race... Sucks that I have to watch Lorenzo take his 3rd possible championship, but with his 6 wins to Rossi's 4... Maybe he deserves it. I can't wait to see how the 2016 season plays out based on how the 2015 season has gone.

I don't have a problem with J-Lo. He's an excellent rider, just riding for the wrong manufacturer

Couldn't imagine Lorenzo, and Marquez on a team..... Although, Honda would officially Dominate. Then again.... Seems as if Pedrosa is coming back... Oh, and Rossi!!!

I would really like to see JLo switch to Honda(or any other mfg) to see if he can adapt to the completely different riding style required to go fast on a Honda.

Er...

1. There's a guard around the front brake lever to prevent it being 'pulled' inadvertently
2. Pulling it with you leg/foot is kinda difficult anyway
3. Since when was this not a contact sport?
4. Overhead shot of the final contact shows Rossi lifting the leg and not kicking

er...

1. The guard does not provide protection from above, and you know it's really designed to protect the end of the lever from being hit by another bike.
2. It could be accidentally kicked from forward, above and to the right of the lever, or the rider's hand could be kicked.
3. It is a contact sport, but VR didn't appreciate MM's helmet against his knee so he kicked the bike.
4. Try looking at a camera view that is slightly closer. Namely, the one mounted on the Repsol. The link has been posted in the MotoGP spoiler thread numerous times
5. You're welcome

Apparently they've got a bunch of trolls reporting at crash.net

Quote:
Tyre issues mean Marc Marquez may be forced to 'manage' his pace in Sunday's Valencia MotoGP finale - as was needed in the now controversial Phillip Island race.

LCR's Cal Crutchlow has the same issues, the Englishman even hoping to convince Bridgestone to offer the medium compound front tyre. At present only the Extra Soft, Asymmetric and Soft compounds are available.

At Phillip Island, Marquez adapted to the problem by backing off and allowing the rubber to recover before pushing again. The outcome was a thrilling victory, passing Lorenzo just a few corners from the finish.

But Marquez's fluctuating race pace caught the eye of world championship leader Valentino Rossi, who accused Marquez of 'playing' with the other riders to try and help Lorenzo - flatly denied by Marquez - setting the scene for the Malaysian Grand Prix showdown.

When it was pointed out that the same front tyre problems caused the Phillip Island conspiracy theories, Marquez replied:

“Yeah, of course. But you know in the end it looks like here I need to try to manage again the tyres. In Phillip Island it was the 31 [Extra Soft] tyre like here and the 32 [Soft] is the same as we raced at Le Mans, where I also struggled a lot with the front.

“So looks like when we are on the soft compound fronts we are struggling more than the Yamaha riders. And we must manage. We cannot push all the laps because then we overheat the tyre. At the moment we are like this but I hope tomorrow we improve - geometry, set-up, balance - and can try to push all the race.”

Asked if he would support Crutchlow's request for the medium front tyre to be called-up, Marquez said:

“Can be an option because already this morning when we push less, when the tyre temperature is low, the 31 was too soft. So there is no meaning to try the 31 again. Then the asymmetric is not so bad, but is just the asymmetric that we use at Phillip Island last year and it is a little bit strange on straight braking. You can feel some strange movement. And yeah I will ask also like Cal if they have some stock of the 33 [Medium].”

Pretty sure trolls are the ones on MH that never come out and play

Quote:
Crutchlow's issues were echoed by Marc Marquez after he ended Friday afternoon ninth fastest, 0.6s off Jorge Lorenzo's fastest time of the day.
Asked whether he would be paying special attention to Valentino Rossi – forced to start Sunday's race from the back of the grid - charging through the pack, Crutchlow was insistent that he would not make life easy for any rider.

“I won't be moving over for anybody,” he said. “My team pays millions of euros to be here and I think out of respect to them I'll try my best every race. I'm not pulling over for someone and that's no disrespect to any other rider on the grid.”

In the face of potential criticism from certain partisan fans, Crutchlow added that would have no bearing on how he approaches a race.

“I think it's completely out of order that people are asking us to do that [move over]. We're here to race. I never made the rules. I didn't do anything wrong so why should I give in to pressure from the public to move over? It's disrespectful to me as a motorcycle racer, it's disrespectful to my team who have 50 staff here every weekend busting their for me to finish one place, one second, one tenth higher up than what I was going to. If you ask all the other riders the same question they won't give you that answer but they'll feel the same.

“When I say it could affect my life, it could if something happened. At the moment the people are that mental some of the things that have gone on and been said is quite out of order. People can't be doing what they're doing. We need to calm the situation down as much as possible because we're all here wanting to do the same thing. We're all wanting to win, all wanting to go faster. We love what we do and I don't think we should be in the state we're in where people are threatening to take people's lives and stuff like that.”
