lol...if you will notice in my original post, hun...I did not say at all that they were justified in their actions...in fact...I made note that they very well could have been a bunch of bullies startin' for no reason. The only thing I tried to bring to everyones attention was that based on what little information was indicated...we really have no clue what really happened. I do completely agree with you that the guy in the truck should NEVER have stepped one itty bitty foot outta that truck till the cops got there...leading me to believe he may have had just as much of a "hot head" attitude as the stupid punka$$es that assaulted him. Betcha he will think twice about doin that again. :eh:

"The attack occurred about 4:30 p.m. July 1 in the 700 block of Bear Pond Road, and the assailants may be from Hartly or Kenton. The victim, 45-year-old Robert E. Clegg, of Sudlersville, was in a black Dodge pickup driven by his wife, Deborah, when a yellow-and-black sport motorcycle struck it in the rear, and the rider fell onto the road.

The couple stopped to check on the man -- who was not wearing a helmet -- and two other cyclists, among a group of about 12, pulled up and started punching and kicking Robert Clegg."

I'll agree, yea probably more to the story...but I doub't any kind of conspiracy. I'd hazard a meeting of idiots, some of which had the cager/biker-them/us mentality shoved too far up their digestive track.
It's also possible, that it did go down along the lines of the article and the you had some hot-headed, rectal-retards that initiated real conflict before the more intelligent and cooler headed to intervene.
(...and I can state I have seen the intial beginning of that potential scenario happen first hand).

...however based on the information provided by the article. They acted correctly in trying to check on the downed rider.

Or maybe he was doing a wheelie or stoppie and looking at his buddies instead of the truck he ran into?

How many videos are there floating around of dillholes running into the back of cars or even their buddies, not paying attention?

Odds are good if the WOMAN driving had done it on purpose, she wouldn't have stopped so her HUSBAND could confront the "biker gang".

Sounds more like they stopped, boom bike hits, they said oh what was that? Honey, go look and see if he is ok....

Plus severall other bikes. This guy Clayton is talking about went as far to haul past 3 toehr bikes then to come over onto Dustin... Luckily dustin was paying attention enough to manuever out of the way. And when he pulled up to confront the guy we were all right there.
