Unfortunately there probably wasn't enough evidence to do anything. If the drug test came up negative, the worst they've done is child endangerment for not having the child in a car seat.
CPS will probably keep an eye on them for a while, but with everything else that's ****ed up they don't have the resources to do anything. It's a shame.

on the news last night they said they tested the baby and didn't have any drugs in her system, the parents were interviewed and said that a freind had shot the video of the little girl immotating something that she had seen on tv and when it was posted on u-tube was when they added that the child was on X. There was another story of a young boy that died from injesting his fathers cocain stash the father is in jail.

On the car thing... 10 years ago I was on wellfair - I worked my off and still couldn't take care of my family... what really me off everytime I would have to go down the the office for our monthly meeting to get the food stamps and what not, there would be the mother's with 3 and 4 kids, driving new Mercedes and Lexus.. with all kinds of gold and diamonds... looking like they should be in there... how does this happen?
