say what you want to about me,but i work in the e.r. at utmb and work for galveston e.m.s.,i say you get what you get when you do stupid stuff on a bike or cage.i say it all the time,if someone is doing something stupid and they crash/wreck,i'll pull over.run to them and tell them, that's what you get for being an .then call 911.sometimes you have to learn the hard way to stop doing stupid stuff.i love the ones that come in rashed up screaming for pain meds.they had been doing wheelies with no gear.sorry, but maybe next time you'll wear gear and not be a stunt man.

as far as people saying you shouldn't say that,i say to you,it's fine till that person kills your mom, wife, dad, husband, kid or anyone you care about. for being an .they eat it,maybe they save another fool that does the same thing and if not, that's one less foll on the road that doesn't need to be.nuff said!!!!!!!!

Found a cool vid of a bike on the Autobahn (no-speedlimit, remember!). He is going about 300km/h = 185 mph.

Notice: How smooth the road is, the barricades, the lack of exits and entrances, the visibility, the fact that Germans have a slower-traffic-keep-right strict law, the rider uses his left blinker to grab attention of cars who he is passing or are still passing in his lane, he even uses his brights when he comes up on a slow leaving vehicle.

If you try to do this on I-10, good luck. Remember next time when you are on I-10, it is not the Autobahn.

So saying.."move over" makes no sense. lol.
You shouldn't be riding along next to a semi anyhow, have you never seen what those tires blowing up do?

Left lane is for passing. So pass and get back out of the way. I just drove 4 hours home from Lafayette, and I lost track of how many asswipes are just joy riding along in the left lane.

I takes 3 or 4 cars passing on the right, before they finally wake up and realize they are in the way.

Pet peave of mine, but I have never figured out why people want to ride next to a semi.

It takes driving next to a semi to pass it. At least I haven't figured out how to jump 'em yet.

Let me say

DUH!~ :eh: :icon_bigg

I meant (as I am sure most understood) to not ride along next to it, pacing it.

But NVM, first grade reading and comprehension is beyond some folks..

Geesh, I was just messing with you.

And, you are assuming he was pacing alongside the semi the entire time. Nowhere in his posts does he state that.

and +1 on not sticking around next to or near semis, hanging next to them, splitting with them or whatnot. ... coming back to the idiot and the point of the thread.

"rights" or more accurately priveledge... does not include violation of traffic code.

Yeah, I got that... :icon_bigg

And in his original post, it went something like

"there I was, riding along in the left lane.... "

either way, just another silly MH post, so back to the corner...

I'd LOVE to see documented proof other wise...
at the heart, in general most 'laws' do have a good purpose.

"yes they do have a purpose of getting your cash..... license for anything you do in this world bi yearly...tags yearly...inspection yearly... i know its to build better roads.... they start off with a purpose to fool the general public into thinking its for their good ....but in the end its just tax collecting....."

:-) So the purpose for a 20-30mph speed sign, within a neighborhood is purely for the purposes of getting $?

"simply i can get on my tractor without a license drive to town ...no tags..no inspection..no road rules....and i can ride your lane down the highway at 30mph in a 60mph on any road.... and there isn't a thing anybody can do about it.....don't forget my tires eating your road up..... now isn't tat a right"

Take that sucker on I-45 to downtown and back and prove that nobody can do anything about it. :-) Willing to bet what happens would actually be a different story...particularly if tried during rush hour traffic.

...I'd still like to see documentation stating that 'driving' a motor vehicle is a right, not a priveledge. In particular an automobile or motorcycle. :-)
