yeah i guess yesterday was the day for show offs, i was on my way to workon my bike, and i see this silver bike coming up behind me,then i slow down, then he decided to clutch it up, and pass me on one wheel, then as i catch up to him doing the normal65-70, then he changes lanes, slows up till i get about a bikes legnth from him then he clutches it up again, then puts it down and i catch up again, then he does the same thing, well i noticed it was a silver r1 and his lid had a orange or red mohawk,on it and a chrome visor. well i thought it was stupid,i mean yeah do it once, but have to repeat it,and slow up for me to show off? man, i couldve clutched it up with him but didnt want to seem like i was challenging him. well if he's on here, be safe and try it when there is less traffic. just my 750 cents

I am the only one reading the story and thinking "so you were in the left hand lane, admittedly "cruising" next to a truck, and you saw faster traffic in your rear view and got mad because he split lanes?"
dude... slower traffic keep right. Pass and get back over! Let the people that want to go 130 by you on the left, you live and they live to kill someone else.

That may work on a German Autobahn, but I am not sure if I-10 is qualified for that statement. Especially, I-10 West in the Katy Corridor. :laughing6

ok officer faylaricia...
lol not your job to enforce the speed limit. If you wanna rock 70 and ppl behind want to rock 75, or 95, or 135, just let em by as soon as you can. Even if you don't like it. Hey I dont like cigarettes and I think smoking is silly but I don't stand with my cart in front of the cigarettes at krogers to try and keep other people from smoking.

Who says I enforce the speed limit and I don't let them by? I grew up in Germany and still have it in me to move to the right after I am done passing.

Again though, I-10 is not the Autobahn and when someone comes up to you going 135 mph (1) it is something NOT expected on the Katy Corridor so you don't keep an eye on the mirror out of 'courtesy', (2) he has nowhere to go after he passes me, he'll just get stuck at the next car (3) conditions suck on I-10 West (construction everywhere!), (4) someone doing 135 mph doesn't know how to make you move over - use flashing headlights, set left blinker.

Apparently, this dude didn't even have the patience to wait until txferrari moved over because he just split lanes between the semi and txferrari's truck. Suicidal, if you ask me.
