There's no shortage of both sick people and stupid people, they clash everyday.

Not to take away from blatant action of driver but the rider needs to learn patience. There was no good reason to make the pass at that moment. If you want drivers to treat us with respect, ride respectfully. There is a time to have fun I know, but it, quit acting like idiots around other drivers. How many times have I been in this same situation where I come up behind someone, slow down, wait for a safe pass and the driver will give me a wave by and I'll wave back as I go by. And you have to remember that you never know what is going on with the drivers around you, someone's mom or dad may have just died, or just had a fight with their girlfriend, got fired or simply having a bad day.

Don't pick on the guy to much about not wearing gear, at lot of us had to learn the hard way and he just did. I just don't understand the pilling on of fellow rider like that. If he would have ridden with me or any group I've ridden with, I'd tell him man you should think about getting some gear because you don't wanna hit the pavement like that. Take that advice from someone who's done it!

I suspect he will plea, only idiot would take a chance at a jury trial with the video and witnesses against him.

"Dallas’ WFAA News 8 asked Crum if he would like an opportunity to apologize to the couple:

“To her,” he said, referring to Sanders’ girlfriend. “But to him, no. Because he was doing something illegal.”
Crum claims he did not intend to hit the motorcycle, saying:

“Man, I wish I could go back in time, but you can’t,” said Crum, who identified himself Monday as the driver in the video.

He told News 8 some sort of insect bit him near his groin as he was driving Saturday, which caused him to jerk the wheel and swerve into the left lane. He said he had absolutely no idea a motorcycle was on his side."

Riiiiiiiigggght....
