Sucks that they didn't have anything but helmets on. Otherwise they would have probably walked away.

And if you check out their gofundme page, apparently these knuckleheads have no insurance.

As most of my close friends know, me and my girl were hit by a car on PURPOSE! We both are going to be out of work for a while and have 3 teenage kids in the house! I am trying tk whatever i possibly can to help support her and her kids during this time and am going to get an attorney to sue the man that hit us, but am looking at losing our apartment and everything we own, and being stuck on the streets homeless because of this!

My girlfriend showed me this video yesterday. No way I could have kept my composure if I was the gentleman that confronted him. Go pro or not, old man or not I'm beating him to a pulp for sure.

Nice to see a group of people helping out and doing the right thing it's makes the video a little more tolerable to watch. another with crab mentality.

Was the rider making an illegal pass by crossing the double yellow? Sure, nobody is debating that. Does that give the drivers of nearby cars the right to be judge, jury, and executioner for what would have been a minor traffic offense? Not to mention the fact that he committed the same offense when he intentionally ran into the rider. That guy should be euthanized.

Maybe this is the guy from that craigslist post...

Who in the drives a Mercury cougar? Whenever you see somebody driving an extinct car from the 90s stay clear and cover the brakes.

And speeding, and rolling RIGHT NEXT to a car without any buffer zone. Cars try to kill me all the time. This squid wouldn't make a month on my commute. Cars swerve all the time. Texting, picking up something they dropped, just not giving a . The list is long and stupid. This rider was gonna go down anyways. Old grumpy or not.

Cars do not swerve like that all the time. Cars drift, cars make lane changes without looking, but very rarely do people just rip their steering wheel to the side for no reason. The rider didn't appear to be going ungodly fast. According to him (so take it with a grain of salt), he passed the car because it was going almost 20mph under the speed limit.

False just like your stupid name bro.. Sorry I'm not a fan of texting or drivers not paying attention either. However having your head up your versus actually swerving to hit a motorcycle on purpose isn't even close to the same thing. Maybe the same outcome however but that's difference of ticket and an attempted murder charge.

Sad thing is, dude will probably spend no time in jail with a half-decent lawyer. I hope he gets a shady court-appointed representative though.

This is exactly how I was hit on 249 almost 2 years ago now. He swerved a little more aggressively than this old , hard enough to leave the imprint of my body in his rear quarter panel. People don't give a about you on a bike regardless of where you are, bottom line.

The guy who hit me even left the scene and was found a week later. 2 DWI's and a possession charge on his record and he got a whopping 2 years of felony probation. So, don't be too upset when absolutely nothing happens to this piece of dirt.
