Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-

makes since. kinda goes on that whole "every force is counter acted with an equal and opposite force" theory. Yeah, I was awake during that part of school, so sue me.

Last time I checked your muscles only work by contracting.... I am still not sure what this was supposed to be relative to.

can someone explain to me? i don't understand it.

taking this box on the floor example...

is this theory so, because if i were pulling the box i am pushing on the ground???

if that is the case, if the rope is attached to a wall, and the rope is being shortened, there is no pushing just pulling.

I think it is referencing friction/gravity as a whole. Without either one, you wouldn't be able to go anywhere. Not saying that you, yourself, is doing both the pushing/pulling.

when you pull open a door....some part of your body is pushing against something else to give you leverage.(i.e., your foot on the floor)

When you do a "pull-up", the top of your hand or fingers (which ever is on top of the bar) is pushing down. Equal and opposite reactions... it's how things work. Some of us call it physics.

The box doesn't care how it is moved. Since it is moved in one specific direction, it creates specific friction. And no, I suck at Physics but I do have common sense.

Don't ask me about the pushing and pulling.

so does this mean if I hit someone in the nose with my fist. that in fact they equally hit my fist with their nose with the same force. , got to see if this will hold up in court.
