Yeah, from what i heard, management has changed up the pay. I feel like I have soo much to learn as far as people go and product knowledge too. I never realized how much pressure is on these guys to preform. If I didn't have such a passion for powersports I do not believe i would have the drive for this kind of work.

I'm down for Monday T-days! Right now Im staying on the west

At the end my first day on the floor the GM shared a new word with me "maven". I could see how fighting in the trenches at this job and pulling through could pull some serious networking and benefits in the end for multiple reasons.

I want to hook up with guys and ride on the streets up here in Austin.....one thing i have found out right away is A-townt car drivers and traffic are FRIKKEN NUTS!!!! I thought i was...

I dont get why you cant do sat trackdays?

When I used to work sales...If I wanted a sat off, I got it... , most peeps wanted that shift....I always found someone to take it.

Quickly.... every dealer charges prep & freight on new stuff from outta country. If that is what is going to determine whether or not you buy the dealer will most likey work something out -----> or they r nuts! Also every dealer has there own system to sell. Like I said.... this is my first sales job and whether or not I like their system I follow it or be fired just like anybody else for any other sales company.

Can't work Saturdays.

Biggest day of the week for us. No exception. My first day on the floor (which was last Sat after training) I sold 2 Sea-Doo's and a double trailor leading the whole floor on sales for the day. Had a sit down with the GM at the end of the day and he suggested some books for me to read. Kinda wish it didn't happen cause now I think they are always going to want me to pull rabbits out of my Fox hat!

TY Pat!

Hey, I thought about applying for a job there in the fall when im back in the area for school.
What kind of hours do you work and did you need any experience or was product knowledge enough to get you in the door?

I would not consider it unless you plan to work there full time. Like 60+ hours a week alot.
