RIP rider.

A few weeks back I was up FM149 from Montgomery. Before you get to the forest, you have that down hill part, then two sweet left handers, came around the first one and there was two cows running in the lane at full speed. I was able to slow down and scare them off the road but they came back on. I was waving like a mad man at on coming riders.

Does anyone know if he was wearing gear? I'd hope to survive hitting a cow with gear on

My buddy was a tow truck driver at the scene, he said the bike was a gsxr 750 and the rider was wearing a helmet. Not sure if he had any other gear on.
