Of course, I know nothing of this boring out and racing business. . .I merely slam my phifty to pavement on a routine basis. :icon_bigg

That was a test BTW..

You Passed!

not saying there's anything wrong with a honda at all, but the KLX110 seems to be the hot ticket bike from what i've heard.

I think Josh302 has a bored out 50 on here. I know he's pretty experienced with modding these things anyways. If I were gonna bore it for racing, I'd go with the larger displacement kit, which is like 107cc or something. That will keep you legal for lightweight superbike and you will have a competitive bike.

if you do use that fiddy.....you might wanna upgrade your shock and replace the whole front end. i believe BBR makes inverted forks and disc brakes for the fiddy.

I've got the Trailbikes 88 kit with race head & cam. No problems so far. It was fairly easy to build (thanks again HotchickenStrips) and has been reliable so far. You're gonna need to replace that carb though. Check Tboltusa.com - that's where I got mine from. You'll be competitive with that kit.

Also - I'd go ahead and get the HD clutch kit since you'll be pushing almost twice the stock HP.

i don't know, not really a pro at these mini's....but let me warn you first before you start....JUST BECAUSE THESE ARE MINI'S...DOESN'T MEAN IT'S CHEAP.

i have spent enough money on these mini's....i could've bought another trackbike (big bike). and i'm not kidding either. if you want to be competitive, get ready to spend some big bucks. if you just wanna have fun, don't worry about modding too much, just ride it like it is.

when i first got into the mini motard i was trying to kick the front foot out mx style (cuz that's what i was used to) but i found it to be more difficult and started dragging my knees.
