Cameras show arrests down amid Texas border security push

Data from the Texas Department of Public Safety's 1,200-plus border cameras shows that in the 14 months since the state began a surge of law enforcement along the Texas-Mexico border, the number of arrests in smuggling events detected by the technology has dropped, according to a newspaper report.
