Tommy Hill introduces new BSB THM ePayMe Yamaha team
Former British Superbike champs announces new team for 2016
FORMER British Superbike Champion Tommy Hill has announced he will be returning to the British Superbike Championship in 2016 with his new Tommy Hill Motorsport Team (THM).
Since splitting from the Be Wiser Kawasaki team that he had been managing up until two months ago, Hill has been working behind the scenes on producing his own team.
The THM team has title sponsorship from leading outsourced payroll provider ePayMe and will be fully-supported by Yamaha – the same manufacturer synonymous with Hill’s racing career.
ePayMe are a specialist recruitment process outsourcing company that provides a comprehensive range of payroll and accounting services to contractors and recruitment agencies. The ambitious partnership between THM and ePayMe is a continuation from their relationship previous sought in 2016.
"This project is something I have been working hard on over the past two to three months,” explained Tommy Hill, THM ePayMe Yamaha Team Owner.
“To secure ePayMe payroll Solutions as the Official team partner is great news and to be working in conjunction with Yamaha as a fully supported team is just the icing on the cake.
"I have had such a long career with Yamaha, starting with my first ever race bike when I was just six-years-old to winning the championship with Shaun Muir's team in 2011. We have had a long and successful relationship together and I hope this can continue.
"I still have lots to finalise in the coming weeks and months, but I hope to get everything in place as soon possible, so we can be prepared to hit the ground running."
It has not yet been announced as to who will ride for the THM ePayMe squad next season, but considering it will be fully-supported by Yamaha and with the knowledge and exprience that Hill has in this Championship, it will most likely be a very sought after team.
