I'd have to look at the letter I got in the mail.
I sold this bike to a guy about 3 months ago.
He never completed the registration and title transfer. (I have a signed BOS)
I got a letter from the impound lot because it's still in my name.
It was towed from near Russo's so I was wondering if he cracked up at that intersection.

I'd call and make sure you aren't wanted for questioning or something for leaving the scene before pulling the title stunt

When a Texas-titled vehicle is sold or traded in, the seller needs to notify TxDMV.

Hope it's not too late. I don't wanna go to the big house. I'm afraid to face da man! Also, my sphincter muscles are aged. Not sure I can pucker with enough strength to avoid an intruder.

I called the impound. I guess the guy picked it up.

Reporting a sale to the state protects you from like toll road fees

I only ask because this is the first time in my life that I have ever heard anyone refer to an interstate as a highway. I even went around the facility and asked if anyone else had heard of it. Amazingly, no one has ever heard someone call I-10, "HWY-10".

Interesting, carry on.

Yep. I was wondering where hwy 10 was too. I then realized it was near a frontage road.

They're all HWYs but some are I, some are state, and others are county. There's no such thing as a farm-to-market road. That's a government conspiriacy induced by all the chem trails so we can't find the secret bases on the dark side of the moon.
And it's a "service road". A "frontage" road gives access to a lake or river.

And THE BEARS STILL SUCK!!

Actually, that was part of my joke. Down here they are called "feeder roads".

Feeder roads are the ones used by the Nazis to access the bases on the dark side of the moon. There's a few on Mars too. Mostly delivery trucks use them to travel from the super secret Mars bases to the underground cities to bring all the kidnapped earth children to feed the Lizard people.

I got more if you want it. I learned it from zooming in on the already pixelated YouTube videos. So I know it's all true. And the underground facility at NASA where the "greys" teach us how to build cell phones, microwaves, and Power Commanders. (latter thrown in to keep the thread moto-related)

BTW - the greys did their own superbike shoot-out. It's in the latest "Greys Motorcylcle Universe" for September. The H2R didn't even place in the top 4.

Maybe he still had the BOS on him. I know the DPS now requires other forms and doesn't care about a hand written BOS, but it's still a legal document and has both signatures/date on it. I don't know if that's enough for the impound to release it or not, but it's gone. It may not be considered a legal document of ownership. I don't know...... hmmmm
