As others have said, upgrade the rider.
But, since you've asked;
-1 on the front sprocket
BMC / K&N air filter
Slip on
PCIII
Steel braided front brake lines
EBC GFA Kit pads


Without knowing exactly what year / size GSXR you have, it's hard to get more specific, but this is some good starting points.
