Obviously if we were going to do that, there would be a food line(buffet style) and you would need a ticket/wristband/etc to get a plate and get food off the table.

the wrist band sound liike a good idea. ill donate 20. maybe make a list who donated at least 5 and give them a band at the bbq. and whoever jsut shows up gotta pay 5 bucks for a band eat but posing and bullshitting is of course free. and if soloracerl ends up with more then enought to cover, then that would be good to pay for the website or help start the motohouston tshirt?

I ran across your website in the Galveston Daily News Paper.* * My wife and I just moved into the subdivision adjacent to the Clear Lake Park.* We would gladly donate $ for the opportunity to meet some of the other sport bike riders in the area.* *I can appreciate the message that you are trying to convey regarding the "Hype" surrounding sport bike riders.* Drop us an email if there is anything I can do to help.

Trevor

PS – How can I get our donation to you?

Re: END OF SUMMER MOTOHOUSTON(and everyone else) BBQ/MEET INFO **READ**

I hate to rain on anyone's parade but, have you considered finding out about having an "organized" get together with the city? They may require a permit and may want you to have security. It would suck to have put this all together to only get run off when things are underway. The permit won't cost you much as long as you don't have alcohol and security may cost about $20.00 an hour per officer. You may want to look into this. Especially if your charging for food and possibly t-shirts.
