yeah had to work at the last minute. Carrier didn't show up. But i have an assistant now that will fill in for me whenever my district needs me.

may I suggest everyone brings something.

I've done this with several meets in the past, and it usually works well, as long as you appoint the people you can trust, to bring the essentials (meat/bread/drinks)

Just make up a master list of what we need. People will see something, offer to bring it, and their name is added next to that item. And as time goes on, people will see what remains and can offer to bring whatever is left.

Ofcourse, it is a bike meet so may be tough to bring certain things.

Ok, if we go with that Idea....

we will be feeding around 70-80 people

Need
5-6 racks of ribs(pork) (had 4 last time and they were gone in 20 min)

1 big bag of leg quarters(chicken)

2 Big cans of Busch's baked beans

100 cans of softdrinks

2 loafs of bread

1 big thing of butter.

4 links of budain ?

......any one wanna add to this?
