I dont care about the cost, it was a fair price when it was said and done, I just refuse to spend another dime in there. 3 trips, 3 of the same type of response attitudes from her. Its not the cost, i paid 160 I think for an avon speed mounted and balanced, thats fair to me, i could have said no.
I just tell myself from now on, I will go elsewhere, where my business is appreciated.

I was thinking the other day and I remember why she is an to me. The very first tire I ever bought and had mounted in there, I look at it when they are done and saw the yellow dot was no where near the valve stem. I mentioned the dot to the tech, he didnt understand or know what it was for. I asked that he remove the weights he piled on, remove the tire and remount in the proper location in relation to the dot and valve stem. he contacted her, she said "what does it matter, its balanced now?!" I mentioned the fact that there would be an obvious need for more weight and that it was totally unnessesary if they would have done it correctly.
End result, they did it to my satisfaction, but after having to deal with her and excuses. I have more stories with her if you want, I am a customer that tried 3 times to do business with this company, I feel I shouldnt have to try so hard to find something I like about 'em. I will learn from my lesson, 3 is enough thnx
