Okay I bought it!

Okay I bought it! Man I can't wait to get my hands on it, I think I'll have it on Sunday.

I think I made a great deal. It's a 2006 919, under 3k miles, has all the aero stuff on it, and a 3 year warranty, for $6000.

I think I'm going to order the the cans right away. So here we go. I've been shopping and D&D out of Fort Worth makes theirs in a street pack now. Suppose to be quite a bit quieter than their race model. I like the fact that it's smaller. It is definetly cheaper than almost all the others. I think after that it's time to do some mapping. I want be hitting the track with it I've got another bike for tearing up. But I do like some performance. Then one of these days suspension.

Chime in!

Awesome bike. Congrats.

+1 on the Sato's.

Also, check out www.919.org/
The forum takes you to wristtwisters but there is a great section on mods and such. I didn't know if wristtwisters linked to it or not.

Man I dont' understand the facination with the Satos. Does anyone else know why everyone would be so hooked on these? I've been reading on wristtwisters for awhile and I've seen this but it almost just sounds like its just the things to do just because. I'm just having trouble justifiing the cost difference. I think I can get some Titaniam Jardines right now for right at $400. Is it just a fad or what?

The Satos are really a nice exhaust. They are pricey but they sound great, give some of the best power increases, and have excellent quality.
