Sports Illustrated cover features Houston Texans' J.J. Watt

Sports Illustrated is showing off the five covers for its NFL preview issue this week, and the one and only Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt will be featured on one of them.

Watt will be featured on cover number three. Sports Illustrated shared a photo on Twitter with the caption:

"COVER (3/5):  @JJWatt has bagged plenty of QBs, but what if he became one?"

Recently, Watt was voted the best football player in the NFL. The panel of voters included NFL analysts, reporters, statisticians, former players and NFL front-office members. The parameters were based on how good the players are.

Watt earned the award of Defensive Player of the Year. He was named to the Pro Bowl, The Associated Press All-Pro First Team and the PFWA All-NFL team for the third consecutive year after what many are calling his best season. He also became the first player in NFL history with a receiving touchdown, a safety, a fumble return for a touchdown and an interception return for a touchdown in a single season.

New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Lavonte David, Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson are among the other star players who will be featured on the cover of the NFL preview issue.
