Slipper clutch or not?

From what I understand, a slipper clutch reduces the amount of engine braking. What say you racers and track riders? Slipper clutch or no slipper clutch?

Slipper is nice. I use it all the time. It came with my bike. I wouldn't have one of it didn't come oem though.

With a in-line 4 i never found the engine braking to be a problem, with the V-twin its a nightmare at the track
