Bad Accident

I've yet to see anyone texting while driving on the track, talking on the phone or drinking and driving.

Your crash was all you on the track and your lack of skills. So at least there, there is no one to blame but yourself.

I used to work at the shop on that intersection. Have seen many accidents occur there. Drivers like to play frogger going across park place. Also, during rush hour park place backs up and there is another vehicle trying to turn onto or cross the street while unable to see the cross traffic.

There's not a traffic light at that intersection. Traffic on Park Place has the right of way. Dover has a stop sign. Pretty sure the bike was on Park Place and ended up on Dover because the truck T-boned him trying to cross Park Place.

I've never personally been to the intersection but words from him was that the truck ran a light. As far as squidding it. I mean I've seen him in jacket and seen him in t shirt as for us all. But I highly doubt that jacket makes that truck hurt less just saying.

I'm sure his head is scrambled after being hit by that large pickup. You can see on google street view that there is no traffic light near that intersection. Only stop signs on Dover

I'm sure shock trauma ICU is keeping him drugged up. So talking is probably the last thing on his mind. As for the blood, it's common when there is internal injuries. I took over 25 units the first few days and 19 or so plasma units
