Thanks!
No to the pressure washer....Just rinse with fresh water from a hose, wash w soap if you want, (rinse again), dry off, clean and lube chain, lube or wd 40 some off yopur other moving parts.

It was a great ride. I mean 13 riders - Whew, that was alot.

Everything went really smooth and good, we barely had any Hondas that's why. :laughing6

Shawn - thanks for leading the way, both Jimmy & i have done this route serveral dozen times, yet we are still idiots when it comes to directions. So thank you again, you did a very good job. (He waited at every turn, stop sign, intersection, and kept his cool at all times - great MH ride leader).

Jimmy - thanks for gutting it up and putting this ride up for every one, i appreciate it alot since it was a "rain" planned ride :icon_bigg , i for one showed up prepared for it in full race leathers - maybe next time you guys should do the same so you can have just as much fun.

Matt - dude, it was too wet to show you any decent lines, maybe next time.

Like i said, every one had a great time and rode within their own limits. Thank you all for coming out.

PS: Everything went perfect except for this dumb showing up 22 minutes late, and then also running out of Gas. What a f@cking dumbarse. He was on a yellow bike, surprisingly it was NOT a Honda. :confused1

Sorry I didn't make it out last night, I got a little "tied up" and by the time I got free it was 1:30. But from talkin to Jet and Elizabeth i'm glad I didn't go or else I would of missed the ride today

Glad you guys got some good riding in and everybody made it safe. It was a little too wet for me. It rained like crazy all day on the south side. I'll try to meet up with you guys one Sunday for the ride-I have to work this Sunday so I'll have to wait.

I did want to say one more thing. Like Moe said, thanks a lot to Jimmy for hanging back to lead us new slower guys. I'm sure he wanted to rip it up with the front men, but he stayed back with us, so that we wouldn't get lost and could have a good time as well. Thanks again, man!

lol, jimmy didn't have a choice, he was on track tires, which is like ice skates in the rain. i wish my bike was setup better today so i could have picked up the pace a little bit. i was sliding all over the place, and i'm out of practice in the rain, it's been a long time since i've ridden through it. i guess i'm going to have to get out more, lol!

great meeting everyone! we'll def have to make it out there again as soon as it's dry.

My camera is not letting me download them for some reason. I'm going to try to get a card reader and do it that way.

We got into pouring rain once on the way back from Fayetteville and it can be a slippery slope, literally...

With all this rain, looks like you are free to get any practise you like.
