No, it would be called, shelly moved to Texas because he couldn't make any money in florida. He doesn't appreciate our state, so we are sending him back...fund.

That's actually totally false and I make less money here in TX than I did in FL. I took about a 25K a year pay cut when I moved here if you factor in benefits. The cost of living here in Texas however is much lower and almost makes up for it.

However you keep making this a TX VS FL thing and that's got nothing to do with anything in this thread bro.

So if you moved back you'd have more in your pocket?

It would be about the same when you factor in their increased cost of living/recreational activities.

Trust me brah, it's FAR from the cheapest way to get back to florida. I really can't think of a more expensive way.

Laugh it up guys.

It got to do with percentages. Sure, it's only 8 dollars...but that 8 dollars is a 32% increase over the price that was displayed before I clicked "run my card for this amount".
How is that okay? If any other person or organization did that , it would be called stealing.

How would you feel if you gave them a card to pay for them and after they ran your card, you get a receipt in the mail and they charged your card 32% more than what they said they would before you handed the card over on your property tax?

So it's the State's fault because you were either too lazy or dumb to look up the fees?

Yeah, it's all over the payment page. Lol. Funny thing is, you have to pay the same fee in person if you use your card, and the fee is the same if it's $2 or $500.

I would do my due diligence and verify the price descrepency if the $8 was a big deal to me...which it isn't....

I'd be really happy to have the opportunity to pay online and not have to go wait in line and deal with retards like you at the DMV .

OR
1. Find out what it costs to renew your license via their FEE schedule
2. Dispute your charge and walk your down there like other folk
3. Go get a license in another state
4. Just drive with an expired license and tell the cop how you don't like to pay the $8...
