arrow...kitaco...harderracing...hmmm, i tried getting pro circuit to make me one, they said no.

You can make that bike super fast if you want to put a little money into it. I'd just stick a pipe/jet kit, and get some extra sprockets. You can always go overbore later when it's time for a rebuild.
Theres definetly alot more parts support for that bike vs. mine.

Is the Arrow a full pipe or just the can?

It's a full system. I'm pretty sure they all are full systems. The chassis on the NSR and the NSF are nearly identical. Theres no reason you can't be just as fast on that bike once you get it set up.
