I never you over. Yet you still me over on that one. A vendor let it out that it was you. even after the fact all these years later I never bad mouthed your shop. I actually respected your shop and still do but definitely not you (not that you need my respect I'm just saying) .

And here I was with my dad helping me, since he had retired by then, build cabinets and shelves and and buy used stuff from wherever i could for the store and I had to tell him never mind.

Didn't know until I got home took the cap off the check tire pressure and it was leaking at that point I just said it and took it to k's. The slight bend in the rim can't be proven so on that I just ate but the other was flat out carelessness.

I try to keep the "smaller shops" going cause I wish I had my own.
I would go to Motorcycles unlimited but I'll never forgive the owner for me over the way he did when I was trying to get my off the ground. that was unforgivable and I heard he did some others and tried to do some other the same way.

So besides metric and the dealer I'm done trying to patronize any "smaller shops"
FIRST OFF....

YOU mounted your rotors incorrectly, which we went by the arrow of the rotors assuming your rotors were mounted correctly... so that's our mistake, we should've went by the direction of the rim.

SECOND....

We showed you there was NO WAY our tire machine can bend your rim that way.... it's IMPOSSIBLE. Not to mention if we dropped your wheel or made some type of impact, the orange spraypaint you had on the wheel would've came off or scratched in some way, which it didn't.

THIRD....

The valve stem part, we don't change those unless it's dry rotted or leaking. There is a possiblity that we may have made a mistake and not catch a leaking valve stem, but if we don't see any visual dry rotting on the stem itself, we don't see a need to change them unless a customer requests it.

Beyond that, we wish you the best of luck to whatever shop you choose, and apologize for your bad experience with us. No hard feelings on my end. Just would like our side of the story to be heard as well.

I didn't install the rotors I bought the bike from someone else and had finally got around to changing the tires. And there's a arrow on the wheel you could have checked that since you're a professional so you say. So you could have checked that when mounting. And when you changed the tire yll took it to the back so I saw nothing that's why I didn't make a big deal about it. It is what it is can't be proven it water under the bridge. And I told the guy that brought it to me I appreciate him pointing the rotors out because I sure didn't even see that. But the arrow on the wheel should have been checked when installing the tire....... a small issue but it was nagging to have to run way back over there for that.

Come to think of it I actually should apologize to HoP cause I think my issue was more out of being irritated with the drive more than how big the problem actually was. Simple mistake......

First time ever on the net. I'm apologizing.

Thank you. It's hard sleeping at night to be honest with you working on bikes because some people are impossible to work with and most have no patience being that bikes are toys more than transportation. That's the main reason why we don't take in too many bikes anymore for service. I usually would refer them to Patrick (Motorcycles Unlimited) or Chris Romeo. I try my best to have me and my guys keep all our customers happy. When we make mistakes, we always appreciate an opportunity to make things right, and we try our best.

Again, apologies if we caused any inconvenience to you. Have a great weekend.
