Lorenzo experimented with a finger rear brake split into the clutch lever in pre season testing but found when he needs the rear brake the most at high lean angles the foot control is easier than hand operated one.

Well I will never have one. My track skill level will never be there. Wish I was that fast but it's not in the cards.
