If she rides she should know it's safer to lane split (according to Berkeley study done 2 yrs ago). This is why riding is dangerous with idiot cagers

Not only do i feel that done safely, there is no negative side to filtering, it also "corrals" the cars, and makes them pay more attention and drive better.

Kinda like a sheep-dog herding his pack.

They see a bike moving expeditiously thru the pack of cars, being halted by two/three drivers who want to drive side by side on the highway in the morning (does the speed limit change to 20 on the highway in the mornings?)

Then, after everyone sees the bike past, instinct kicks in and everyone begins driving a little more attentively and effectively.

this is just my personal belief, based on my experience, and how other drivers have reacted

Woah! Woah woah woah... lane splitting and filtering is what classifies someone as a "?" I've had it wrong this whole time...

She's probably just jealous 'cause she's an ugly chick on an ugly bike and she got passed by a cute chick on a cool bike.
