Kenda TKO Extreme Enduro 2014 video

This is what the final round of the 2014 race looked like on Sunday, just to give you an idea of what I could be up against this coming weekend.

The action gets really hairy starting at the 5:00 mark.

LOL. How do you even prepare for that? Just drink lots of water and keep your fingers crossed?

It's hard to train here in the South since we don't have terrain like that at all, nothing even comes close to it unless you head up to North Austin, I've been riding hard and fast lately (Sprint style) to get my endurance up some, working my heart rate also, other than that, I can't do much so I will add a lot of finger crossing this weekend.

I think "smart" riding will definitely get me through it, I blew my wad early on last year so I had trouble, now I know I need to slow it down a bit and ride smarter, not harder.
