Too crazy.. even when nothing is happening. Oh, and just about everybody is "absolutely flying!!" :laughing6

Schwantz has potential as an analyst/color guy. But the other guy, not so much.

I'm guessing Dorna charges mega bucks for broadcast rights, so they gotta make their money back somehow. The thing is, it doesn't work well with a 45 minute sprint race.

My 'fix' would be to package most of the commercials into pre and post race shows ala baseball and nascar to cover the bills.

I watched it live, and woke up in time to watch the 2nd half again on CBS. Was there any pre-race buildup show at all?

Last time I checked, HD was still not available in Europe. So it's doubtful they would make that huge investment for a small American, Japanese and whoever else has HD. Unless something has changed in the last 3 or 4 years. :dontknow:

No excuses for speedtv and AMA to not be in HD though. :confused1

I've watched a NASCAR race in HD, and it was actually pretty spiffy! With the lack of HD programming available, I think if MotoGP were to move to HD, it would be the shot in the arm that motorcycle roadracing needs here in the states. People are desperate for HD programming. They'll watch anything new and different.
