bro, after buying 3 pairs of noise cancelling ear buds and them not performing as promised I said F it....and made my own. Bought a hollow punch for leather punching and it makes a nice hole that your normal buds will fit in....see pic and DIY video. My bike is loud as and at 80-90 mph I can hear my tunes and phone conversations via SENA bluetooth with ease.

Etymotic Research MC-5. I bought my first pair at the full $80 price and they were so good I bought another pair when they finally stopped working. They have a 2 year warranty but I didn't want to wait to get another pair. Won't hurt to have a back up set though. I won't ride without them, music or no.

got a a pair of the "moto" version the other week. They work pretty well at canceling just like earplugs and sound decent. Only complaint is that they fit pretty snug on me, my ear holes are pretty small, so I dont know if they will get uncomfortable on a longer ride.

The foam inserts are huge! I never was able to get them in my ears. I am impressed with the sound quality with such a small, cheap speaker.
Side note, has anyone ever had an issue with electronic interference while riding. About 5 minutes into my ride, I have all kinds of static noise in the headphones and then the phone that I am using starts going nuts. Then I unplug the headphones and the phone is fine??

I use Soundmagic E30's with Comply T-400 medium size tips. Cheap and effective.
