Altuve's career-best 5 RBIs lead Astros over Angels 10-5

Jose Altuve had a career-high five RBIs to lead the Houston Astros to a 10-5 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday night in a game between the top teams in the American League West.

Altuve had an RBI single in the second, drove in two runs in the fourth inning and tacked on another two with a double in Houston's four-run sixth to make it 10-5. He finished with three hits.

The Angels played without Mike Trout, who missed the game with an injured left wrist. He's listed as day to day.

Houston starter Collin McHugh (12-5) allowed seven hits and five runs with four walks in five innings for his third straight win.

C.J. Wilson (8-8) yielded six hits and six runs in four-plus innings.
