There is really no need to get violent. Restrain the person until cops arrive and press charges. Im sure most members here can beat this old man up, but not many can do what this rider did

The old man screwed himself either way. By pushing the chick then hitting the guy he'll probably get 2 assault charges at the least. If he was drinking he would probably get a PI at the least.

From the youtube post:
Quote:
Driver of the car apparently broke his ankle when he went to the ground, which is why I'm told he did not go to jail. He has multiple charges against him including endangerment, threatening, and assault. Myself and the police officers I spoke with clearly believe he was under the influence of something. Court date pending.

I would have held him down and tickled him. If you take an whooping you can still walk away with your head high. If another man who you are trying to fight holds you down against your will and tickles you, you won't be able to look in the mirror for years. You will be in his head for life.

I used to work at DrinkHouston and we would do this to drunks all the time. chit was hilarious once you get a drunk under control and then make em laugh with tickling. I always had someone come back redface a month later and apologize asking "did one of you guys try to tickle me?" id say no it was probably one of our gay security trying to fondle you.....

I see what you're saying, but I whole-heartedly disagree. The guy dismounted his own vehicle, approached the rider, punched the rider square in the face, then assaulted the girlfriend while the rider was preoccupied with the bike. Then after he backs up, he comes BACK at the rider for more swings. He's obviously a threat, and the unprovoked attack would make me assume he's trying to commandeer my vehicle.

Sorry, but that's about 10 strikes too many for me. I posted a while back about a similar incident I had that didn't even get this far into an assault, but I already had the gun drawn and just hesitated on the trigger before the cop took the guy down. Mine happened in seconds where this was minutes.

Once this guy has already punched me and turns his attention to my wife, he had better be wearing a plate carrier.
