Cycle shack north

Does anyone have opinions on cycle shack north? I bought my bike there and I had to send it in for either R/R issue or stator. Either way it's under warranty anyway. How is there service dept? Good? Fast? I dropped it off last Thursday and calls today and the guy didn't even know they had my bike so I was not very pleased.

It was a holiday weekend and they were closed Sunday and Monday. So, if he was off for the weekend and came back to work today it's probably safe to say he won't even touch it until later this week depending on what jobs were in line before yours. I'd say be a little patient and try to understand it isn't Jiffy Lube.

I have had mixed experience there. Way more good than bad though. My biggest issue is lack of in-stock parts in the parts department. Always been friendly though, and I have bought a bike from them before (back when they were on 75, not their new location).
Prices are in-line with expectations and in my experience they will cut you a deal if you ask nicely. Service department seemed slow with the very little that I had done with them.

That's going to be pretty much any dealer. They're not going to hurt their bottom line and order a bunch of parts for stock and hope they sell.

40 acres nailed it. Only add in a rare Saturday off. Your bike is safe and sound, we do have A LOT of work in the shop. Rest assured you will be taken care of and if you have any questions or concerns please give me a call.

I'm here in the parts department at Cycle Shack. If I can help with anything please let me know. I worked with a lot of members at Wild West over the years. Ask for Bill in parts. Let me know when you need tires!
