bikini bike wash is a must! Decent door prices would be good! (ie vouchers to parts/clothing, track day certificates, get your reps to donate some cool stuff - I know I would like a couple of those wall posters with Triumph on em!)
How about free oil changes / tires?
Food always helps!!!
And the best thing you could do is "SCHEDULE" the day. Make it clear what time different things are occuring and print it out. Don't expect word of mouth to travel well - have a program available.
