Dyno Day at MC Cycle Works

We are having a dyno day next Saturday, July 11th from 5pm to 12am!

Come by and get two power pulls in for $30! We are not hooking up each bike to measure torque or AFRs, these are strictly power pulls. If you want AFRs, it'll be $10 extra!

Come on by!

Number fixed, and no need to reserve a time! Just come on by and I'll get you on the dyno as soon as a spot opens up. Will probably form a list and go from there.

168, and all of my equipment is up to standard. I don't run a junk Bosch AFR sensor like most bike tuning shops do, we use NTK sensors and do our tunes with an NTK powerdex unit, I don't trust dynojets AFR software. The stack came back from Montana Wednesday of last week, actually.

Sounds good, I am installing a new NTK sensor into the AFR module I use for power pulls today!

I replied on Facebook, but yes, this is an evening event. There are some other bike events going on during the day locally so we decided to do it at night. If you have to come during the day, just give me a shout and I'm sure I can fit you in, we are still technically moving in and building the shop so I'll just be there with a few others working.

What is the normal rate for dyno pulls going to be once you get settled in?

Basic tuning on fuel injected bikes is $160, that covers up to 2 hours of tuning. If it takes longer than that (which I've never seen before), it's $85 per hour.

For nitrous and turbo bikes, it's $100 an hour flat. For carb bikes, if we're going through and rejetting, it falls in the $100 an hour category as well. Or you can pay the $160 and go home and rejet it yourself and hope you come back with the right jetting, but that would be pretty counter productive lol. I'm pretty lenient with carb bikes, a lot of tuners won't even touch them. I don't mind making adjustments here and there, just can't kill myself on time if I'm taking carbs on and off 3 times. Finding the right jet is pretty easy though.

its a long shot, but any chance you might have/get emulsion tubes and needles on hand? I know mine are worn. come to think of it, my slides and slide guides are worn too. , I might just replace my whole carb setup

I don't have any on-hand, but we are placing a few large inventory orders this week so we will have a lot of stuff on hand. I can look into grabbing something for you. Just give me a call or shoot me a PM
