Daylight Riding Houston

Is it possible to ride in Houston during daylight hours and not encounter a idiot?

That depends... How far are you riding? If you are only going two to three hundred yards down the road then I'd imagine every now and then you can avoid encountering an idiot on the roadway.

No beevs, I have found it completely impossible to even make one block without some idiot on thier phone or taking selfies , Facebooking or instagraming it up . Or thier kids are jumping around in the back seat and they don't even have thier eyes on the road

I don't know; my stop sign is about 150 yards from my house. Everyone runs that stop sign, so I have to deal with that, right off the batt. At least at night I can see the headlights.

I have agree with nesto. People can barely drive before you put a cellphone in there hands. After that its over. Austin and San Antiono already made it illegal to even use a cellphone while driving. Houston needs to catch up. Every single time a person comes over on me or almost doesn't stop in traffic I see them on there cell phone. I only go like 7 miles from work to home and everyday someone does something completely stupid in the car. Esp double right hand turns. The inside lane is suppose to stay in the inside lane. People look me in the face at the light (double right hand) then still come over on me everytime. There is even a painted stripe that re-enforces that you need to stay in your lane. Errrrrr. Fully angry now!

If it happens tonight I am taking a mirror!!! So over it

I used to commute on a HD, no difference, and when I was on the BMW in the Sonora Pass several fucktards were borrowing space on my side of the center stripe.

I commute everyday and no case to get upset anymore. I am aware that every single day someone is going to cut me off, turn left in front of me, etc, etc. Is a given and even if the cagers make eye contact with you is like you are invisible! assume they NEVER saw you. Scan for escape routes and any road dangers. I have got very used to ride covering both brakes, afternoon commute is worst. The morning commute is like an adrenaline injection, my sleepiness go away! Be safe!

It's too hot to ride in the daylight anyways. Be careful if you're in the conroe area, my girlfriend works out there. She facebooks, instagrams, and snapchats all at the same time
