all is well, picked up a crack here and there, did some plowing for the planting season. My time was coming tho. too bad it happened while i was trying to instruct.

i have a bit of a sore neck right now. thanks for the concerns guys...

Glad you're o.k.!
For tonight no hot showers or baths, take as cold of one you can stand. Ice down your neck and take 3 Advil 3 - 4 times a day for the next couple of days. (as long as you don't have a weak stomach)
Tomorrow evening take as hot a bath as you can stand with some Epsom salts in it. (you ca get it at most pharmacies)

Hope you get to feeling better soon!
