klx 110 mini motard build for TMGP

So I've been riding trackdays for a couple years now and had heard a little bit about TMGP so I decided to check it out. I went out to the track in Katy for this last round of races and it looked awesome so I wanted to do it. Also, my brother rides, but has never done track days, but I showed him this video:
and he was game to go in on a mini bike with me. I was going to buy a set up TMGP bike, but decided it would be more fun to build one since I've never really built up a bike before.
I have enjoyed reading other people's build threads so I thought I would write my own as I turn this thing into a motard and hopefully get some good advice on the build as well.
So I got on craigslist and found a 2008 klx110 that was in pretty good shape and picked it up about a week ago. Its got a few aftermarket parts on it already which include pro taper bars, bbr shift lever, and FMF powercore 4 exhaust. After riding the thing around the first day I got it, it became very apparent I would need to beef up the suspension substantially (I weigh about 220 lbs in gear). So I ordered up new stiff front springs and a new DNM rear shock with stiff spring. From what I've read on the some forums, the front BBR springs are very stiff, so I'm going to install 1 first and ride it to see if I still need to do the other. Also planning to run some 20wt fork oil to help give it some damping. I've shipped off the wheel hubs to K and J racing and I'm waiting to get the new wheels and tires back now. Also I ordered a frame cradle based on what I've read and also as a recommendation from Kevin at K&J. That's about where I'm at so far, I really just want to get this bike track-capable so I can get out there and ride!
Some stuff I'm sure I will eventually do include:
4th gear drum
change sprockets according to the track I'm running
EBC brake shoes depending on how they feel (haven't really tested the current ones hard yet)
Figure out what needs to be done to make it into an endurance bike

As always I would like to hear some experienced riders input to see maybe what I should do and give some advice. Keep in mind I'm sort of on a budget here ..haha. Can't wait to get out there and race this thing!!

Some pics of my new child are below:

Good choice on the DNM shock, did you get the one for the L

Put both HD springs in the front and 20w oil, thats what I had prior ro swapping out the stock front end for a kx65 front end

No it's not the shock for the L, just the regular. It's got the 350lb spring on it. Seems like it's pretty good quality, especially for $150 new.
