Broken Bolt... Looking For A Particular Tool

So, I am going to drill out a broken bolt on my bike frame. I can't grind it flush and I am having trouble fitting a punch in the hole to make a good dent. I found a picture of a tool that would help significantly, but I cannot find any stores that sell it! Does anyone know where I can find one like this?

Picture attached.

Post up a picture of said bolt, I may be able to give you some ideas. I have plenty of experience in this area.

I have the same set, but no, it sheared inside the fender. What frustrates me the most, I can unbolt the entire fender, but the thing won't come off because of that bolt

How about using a dremel with a small metal grinding bit. Then get a screw extractor set from Lowes.

I have a set of these and they work very well. I don't know how you broke the head off, but if you can get a drill in there, I bet these will get it out.

What size is the bolt? Can you spread the rear supports enough to use the hole in the frame as a guide and use a left hand drill bit?

One more thing you can try thats pretty cheap, drill a hole in one of the pads on a set of vise grip style welding clamps. Center the hole over the broken bolt, clamp it down, use the hole in the pad as a guide.

I ended up buying a left hand drill bit set and used electrical tape to form a spacer around the smaller bits to get my centered hole. Once I created a decent hole, I move up a size in drill bit. I finally backed it off with a bolt extractor using my impacting setting on my hand drill.

I never had to extract a broken bolt before. What a pain in the !

Thanks for all the useful comments guys!
