Yeah I will treat it like when we would do "humps" in the Marines. Start hydrating 2 days before. Do any of the "Heat out" products actually help? They are always on sale so I could easily pick up a set for the trackday. Cant be any worse than sitting in traffic @ the 45 during the summer....lol

track is hot--meaning, the riding sessions start--at 9am at MSRH. Rider's meeting is at 8am. I would suggest for a first time track rider to get there at 6:30-7am to get registered, rent the track suit, tech your bike, check tire pressures, get situated... etc. and go on the track ride (to get a view of the track before you ride your bike on it)--i think that's usually 7:30am.

i think you still get an email from ridesmart a couple days before the event with the details...

count me in for both days!!!

you don't need a lap timer for your first track day, you need to learn the track lines first, maybe in your next track day you can use one considering you have been riding for 10+ years. but hey its your money.

Question

For the guys/gals who have been before I have some questions. I plan on bringing my 10x10 pop up shade canopy thing, some chairs, cooler (water and snacks), a few tools. Is there anything big I am missing?

Was thinking about generator to run a fan for Adam and I. Will that be a problem?

Full tank of gas and extra 5gal gas
Banana
red bull
a small towel so that you can dip that in cold water from your cooler and put it on top of your head because it is going to be hella hot
2 keys for your bike, just in case you misplace one
Extension cords
Ear plugs, but some people like the noise while they are riding their session but i find it that ear plugs help me concentrate

No issue running generator then? And yes gas of course. Didn't think about 2nd key.
